All type of Adult swimming courses are undertaken at both of our pools catering for all ages and abilities.

Even the most nervous adults are welcomed at Le Mourier either as a private lesson or in small groups of similar abilities.

Adult beginners are gradually introduced to the water and courses are designed to enable you to progress at a pace which is comfortable for you. At our pool in St. Lawrence you will never be overlooked, we are happy to go in the water with you and give you the confidence and support you require.

As your swimming improves you may move to Les Ormes, lesson tempo is increased to boost confidence and stamina.

Once proficient body position can be maintained, we can introduce stroke development tailor made to the individial.

Other Adult classes include our popular Swim Fit sessions for adults who can swim but who which to increase their stamina and fitness levels.
