AQUATIC EXERCISE
Aquatic Exercise

We have introduced a section for adults who wish to increase their stamina & fitness.
A complete work out, based over 11 weeks of term will be assessed for each individual who then works to his or her optimum, under the guidance of the instructor who will be there for any help needed.

This is a slightly more vigorous form of exercise in water.

Increased metabolism, strength & re-education of muscles, especially those that have atrophied due to illness, injury or general disuse, are some of the noted benefits, together with improved balance & coordination. Recreation & socialization are also important benefits together with stress relief & relaxation.
Non swimmers & swimmers are both able to participate, enabling many people who might otherwise be unable to exercise the opportunity to improve their fitness & health. Suitable for all body types with exercise tailored to suit by our fully qualified instructors.

2012 Aquacise

Our classes are run in either of our warm secluded venues by our professionally trained instructors.

Small groups enable a good healthy workout whilst maintaining a friendly environment making the sessions most enjoyable.

Exercise in water is one of the safest ways to get back into your "own" fitness without risk of injury in the weightless environment.
